Aesthetic Practice Consultants is an on-site consulting service for physicians/owners/operators of Aesthetic/Cosmetic Laser Centers or Medi Spas. Whether establishing a freestanding laser center/medi spa or adding to an existing medical practice, there exist unique challenges which differ from other businesses and medical practices. Deborah will visit your facility for training and consultation to assist you in achieving your business goals. She will guide you through the maze of marketing strategies, winning sales techniques and proven advertising that works for the aesthetic practice. She will teach current employees how to interact with the aesthetic client and assist you in hiring any additional employees. Critical matters such as phone techniques, “invertising”, upselling, ambiance of the office, consultation room, and treatment rooms may be addressed to enhance your success. Coordination of patients from first contact, closing the sale at the consultation, products and additional service sales, patient flow, treatments, scheduling, documen8/3/06 key issues that Deborah will address at your office site.

Deborah is an RN with over 20 years experience in critical care nursing, a professional with a keen appreciation of sound medical protocol. Her experience in the aesthetic business commenced in 2001. From the outset she performed many of the laser and light based treatments that you may choose to incorporate into your aesthetic practice or business. Because of her hands-on experience she is well qualified to assist and advise you with the training of technical staff
included within your training budget. In that circumstance you may contact APC directly or through your Lumenis sales representative. Alternatively, clients who are not Lumenis customers may contact APC directly to contract for these services. In either event, these services begin with a needs assessment meeting. From there, on-site aesthetic practice development is commenced and may be as comprehensive as you select according to your specific needs. Fees are calculated on a per diem basis, requiring a retainer fee.Workshops: Informational seminars
Presently in the planning stage are workshops for prospective physicians/managers/owners of aesthetic businesses who are considering whether they want to embark upon an aesthetic business venture or to expand an existing practice to include these lucrative services. These workshops will cover relevant information to assist you in making an informed determination.
These informational seminars will be presented regionally throughout the country. They are independent and sponsored by Aesthetic Practice Consultants.
